Bigfork Fire Department is a combination organization committed to providing quality Fire/Rescue services to the Flathead Valley communities of Bigfork, East Lake Shore, and Echo Lake areas of Northwest Montana. There are 27 currently active volunteer firefighters, a paid part-time Fire Chief, a paid full-time Assistant Chief/Fire Marshal/Training Officer, and a paid full-time Administrative Assistant/Captain; all who provide Fire/Rescue protection out of the three stations in the community. Our stations are located in Bigfork, Echo Lake, and Woods Bay.
